Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aioli platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Aioli provides an all-in-one platform for restaurants including online ordering, menu management, customer management, loyalty programs, and payment processing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Aioli. You retain ownership of the content you upload (menus, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Aioli a license to display it as part of the Service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation - Upload harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content - Interfere with the operation of the Service - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aioli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
